First of all go to feims.dofe.gov.np. Then you will see one dialogue box. In this box click on, log in button.

In put your latest passport number in the box. Now click on next button. Finally you will reach to the application page.
New Method to Renew Work Permit
To new the work permission you must have the online account of work permission. Now log in your account with your passport number and password.
