UAE Family Visa Rules 2023
- Sponsor must be UAE citizens or permanent resident holders
- The male sponsor must have minimum AED 3000 monthly income and accommodation
- Female sponsor must have minimum 8000 AED monthly income with accommodation
- Family members getting sponsored over 18 years must go medical test in the approved medical institutions
- If you want to sponsor your parents then you must have minimum 2 bed room accommodation with at least 10000 AED monthly incomes.
Documents Required for the Recommendation Letter
- Copy of passport and visa of the applicant.
- Visa and passport of the candidates willing to go UAE.
- Documents to prove the relationship of the applicant and family members.
- Copies of Birth certificate, citizenship certificate and marriage registration
- Basically husband and wife need to verify the relationship from the foreign ministry of Nepal.
- All these documents must be in English language.
- The salary must be above 4000 dirham.
More Documents Required
- Contract letter of the house rent.
- If you are in the accommodation of the company then you have to submit the no objection letter.
- People travelling to UAE under tourist visa must take the approval from the immigration office in Nepal.
- Sharing basis accommodation must take the approval from the house owners.
