You can apply under one of the following categories.
- Having annual income more than HKD 2.5 million
- Who has degree from top hundred universities in the world and owns at least 3 years work experience in the last five years.
- Having degree from one of the top 100 universities in the world and do not have work experience. This category is subject to annual quota of 10 thousand migrant workers.
These applicants can apply for the dependent visa for the eligible family members.
General Employment Policy
If the job vacancies are not able to be fulfilled from the domestic market, then in such condition the employer can heir international workers. This is most common working visa job in HK. It is for professionals who possess skills and knowledge which is not easily available in the HK domestic labor market. This is quota free scheme of Hong Kong government.
